O TL-R488T características WAN quatro portas, o que permite quatro ligações à Internet, ao mesmo tempo, fornece-lhe os quad-banda de acesso, e dá-lhe a possibilidade de desfrutar de mais internet a partir de fontes diferentes ISP.
